All of our services are individually based on a variety of factors. Event size, location, guest count, travel, menu, add ons requested etc. Please take a look below at what our packages include and standard prices for each package. We can customize a package that not only works for your event, but for your budget as well.

  • The Well Package

    Initial Consultation Package

    Beer & Wine Service
    Service includes beer and wine service, including bottled or canned beer. The mobile bar trailer is also equipped with two (2) beer taps, which may be utilized if requested and approved in advance.

    Self-Serve Hydration Station

    A self-serve hydration station may be provided upon request at no additional charge. The hydration station is non-alcoholic only and may include iced water, infused water, lemonade, and similar non-alcoholic beverages. This offering is separate from alcohol service and is not monitored by bar staff.

    Service Time
    • Minimum 4 hours of bar service for up to 75 guests
    • Includes 2 hours total for setup and cleanup

    Packages start at $1800 for up to 75 guests.

  • The Backbar Package

    Initial Consultation Package

    Service includes beer and wine service, including bottled or canned beer. The mobile bar trailer is also equipped with two (2) beer taps, which may be utilized if requested and approved in advance and two signature cocktails or mocktails.

    Self-Serve Hydration Station

    A self-serve hydration station may be provided upon request at no additional charge. The hydration station is non-alcoholic only and may include iced water, infused water, lemonade, and similar non-alcoholic beverages. This offering is separate from alcohol service and is not monitored by bar staff.

The alcohol must be provided by the host of the event, you are only contracting with The Thirsty Pony LLC for the services and products included in the service mentioned above. Package prices do not reflect purchase of alcohol, extra service time required, additional guest fees, add on services, additional miles required, additional bartenders that may be needed based on event size and gratuity.
